Thursday: Rep Brendan Boyle on Iran War’s Rising Costs

This Thursday, March 26, at 3:15 PM ET, House Budget Committee Ranking Member Brendan F. Boyle (D-PA), Unrig Our Economy, Families Over Billionaires, and Americans impacted by rising costs will hold a webinar to discuss how the war with Iran is exacerbating cost increases caused by the OBBBA, tariffs, and health care cuts.

Nearly every Republican in Congress voted to support Donald Trump’s war in Iran that is raising the cost of gas, food, and travel. The average price of gasoline has risen by nearly $1 per gallon (and counting) since Republicans began the war. President Trump’s top economic advisor has publicly stated that consumer pain from the war is the ‘last’ of the administration’s concerns.

These recent higher costs come on top of the Republican-caused increases in the costs of health care, utilities, and foodthat will be discussed on the call.
